Exceptional hospitality, central location, generous room size, fantastic staff, home away from home.

We recently stayed at a luxurious hotel in the bustling city. the hospitality was exceptional, from check, in to housekeeping, the staff were awesome. the location was very central, surrounded by many restaurants and shops. Our apartment was tastefully designed with a spacious shared area and a well, stocked kitchen. the bedrooms were comfortable, and we enjoyed the fantastic view of the city from our corner room. the in, room dining selection was excellent and decently priced.

The pool was rather small and bland in design compared to other facilities.

The view from our room was simply breathtaking, as we could see the city skyline in all its glory. the room itself was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided for a comfortable stay. the location was also convenient, as we were within walking distance of a variety of shops and restaurants.

the staff did not seem very friendly or welcoming.

This hotel is an exclusive retreat with luxurious amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the Spa & wellness center was fantastic; we had a sauna and jacuzzi which were both delightful. the heated outdoor swimming pool was perfect for a late night swim, with sun loungers surrounding it. the Spa lounge offered a facial that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. the restaurant had an in-room breakfast that felt private and exclusive. The poolside snack bar was worth mentioning, with a fantastic bar/lounge area where we enjoyed delicious snacks while sunbathing. Cons: Although the location was perfect and staff service was excellent, we encountered a minor issue. We expected a private sauna, but instead, the sauna was shared. Nevertheless, the hotel made up for it with their fantastic services and amenities.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome and were attentive to our needs. The hotel facilities were top-notch and well-maintained, including a beautiful swimming pool and excellent indoor basketball court. We appreciated the central location of the hotel, which was close to many restaurants and shops. In addition, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.

Celebrating new year in this amazing place was the best decision we made. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making our stay an unforgettable experience. The breathtaking view of the city combined with the great service and the delicious breakfast buffet were the best aspects of our stay. , the location was perfect, close to beautiful restaurants and amazing shops.

we could hear the barking of a dog from the room next to ours. these minor issues did not ruin our experience, and we would definitely return to this fantastic place in the future.
